At a Glance
Classic Customers focused primarily on contact history. The new Customers experience gives you a richer, more actionable snapshot -- so you can understand each customer without opening their full record.
Classic Customers
New Customers
What’s new: Customer data is now summarized in a single row with Value, Activity, spend behavior, tags, and earnings across multiple timeframes.
Search & Filtering
The new Customers experience is search-driven. Instead of relying on static lists, you can quickly find the right customers using filters, saved searches, and real-time suggestions.
Search Bar & Suggestions
Click into the search bar to see suggested searches like New, Repeat, or Lapsing. As you type, you’ll also see matches for usernames, tags, and saved searches.
Advanced Search
Use Advanced Search to combine filters like Value, Status, spend channel, activity, and tags. This makes it easy to target the right customers for outreach or promotions.

Tags Replace Lists
Customer Lists have been replaced with Tags, giving you a more flexible way to organize and personalize your audience.

Tip: Use Tags for long-term traits (preferences, interests). Use Saved Searches for dynamic groups like high spenders or lapsing customers.

System Searches
System Searches replace Default Lists and automatically update as customer behavior changes.

Bulk Actions
You can now take action on multiple customers from any search or filtered view.
After selecting, you can extend the selection to all matching results - not just the visible ones. From here, you can send Chat messages (individual and mass), send Mail, add Tags, and block/unblock.
Customer Details, All in One Place
The Customer Details Page is now organized into four tabs -- Overview, Offers, Feedback and History, that give you a complete view of each customer.
