Overview
The Overview tab gives you a quick snapshot of a customer’s activity, spending, communication history, and account details so you can understand their relationship with your business at a glance.
Earnings & Spending
- Earnings by channel: Breakdown of spending across Calls, Chat, Tributes, Paid Mail, and more
- Earnings (7, 30, 90, 365 days): Spending within each timeframe
- Lifetime Earnings: Total amount spent with you
- Total Earning Days: Number of days the customer generated earnings
- Earnings per Earn Day: Average earnings on spending days
Contact & Activity
- Average Call Duration: Typical length of the customer’s calls
- Last Transaction Date: Most recent purchase
- Last Contact Date: Most recent interaction with you
- Last Contact Type: Most recent interaction channel (Call, Chat, Mail, etc.)
Messaging & Account Info
- Total Mails Sent: Number of NF Mail messages you’ve sent
- Total Mails Received: Number of NF Mail messages received from the customer
- Customer Since: When the customer first interacted or transacted with you
- NF Join Date: When the customer created their NiteFlirt account
Additional Tools
- View Package Subscriptions and Recurring Tributes: See both active and expired subscriptions and recurring payments
- Add or remove Tags: Manage Tags directly from the Overview tab. System Tags will also appear here and are view-only
- Add Notes: Save preferences, nicknames, or session details. Notes are auto-saved and appear when the customer contacts you
Why it’s useful: Everything you need to understand and personalize your interactions is in one place.
Offers
The Offers tab shows all offers you’ve sent to this customer. You can sort by column headers or use the ⋮ menu to filter results.
- Sent date
- Redeemed status
- Expiration status
Why it’s useful: See which offers perform best so you can refine your promotions.
Feedback
The Feedback tab shows ratings and reviews from this customer. You can sort and filter feedback by date, rating, or type.
- Calls: Star ratings and comments
- Goodies: Thumbs up or thumbs down
Why it’s useful: Understand what customers enjoy and identify opportunities to improve.
History
The History tab shows a complete record of your transactions with this customer. You can sort and filter history the same way as other tabs.
- Date
- Type: Call, Chat, Tribute, Paid Mail, Goody Bag, Package
- Title: Listing or Goody Bag title
- Earnings
Why it’s useful: Get a complete picture of how a customer has interacted with your business over time.
