The Customers feature gives you powerful tools to organize, filter, and connect with your audience. You can sort customers, take bulk actions, and use advanced search to quickly find exactly who you want to engage.
Good to know: When you first launch Customers, your list will include all customers, including paying customers and zero-spend prospects, sorted by most recent contact.

Sorting
Sorting helps you reorder your Customer List so you can quickly identify high-value customers, recent activity, or opportunities that need attention.
Sort by Column Headers
Click any column header, such as Name, Value, Status, or Last Contact Date, to reorder your results.
- Click once to sort in ascending order
- Click again to sort in descending order
An arrow indicator will appear to show the active sort direction.
More Column Options (⋮)
You can also click the kebab menu (⋮) on any column header for additional options.
- Sort by ASC / DESC: Change the sort direction
- Hide: Remove the column from your view
- Show columns: Customize which columns are displayed
Tip: The kebab menu gives you quick access to column-level controls without changing your overall layout.
Multi-Column Sorting
You can sort by more than one column to refine your results further.
- Click the column you want as your secondary sort first
- Then click the column you want as your primary sort
This allows you to layer sorting, for example, sorting by Status and then by Value.
For more advanced sorting and filtering options, use Advanced Search.
Bulk Actions
Need to take action on multiple customers at once? Use the checkboxes next to each name to select customers, then choose an action from the top of the page.
- Block / Unblock: Prevent or restore customer interactions
- Chat: Send a message to multiple customers at once
- Mail: Open NF Mail with recipients pre-filled
- Add Tags: Apply or create tags in bulk

Click the filter icon in the search bar to open Advanced Filtering and narrow your results using customer details, activity, earnings, tags, and saved sort options.
You can filter by:
- Customer Value: Highest, High, Medium, or Low
- Contacted Days Ago: Use the slider to choose when customers last contacted you
- Earned Days Ago: Use the slider to choose when customers last generated earnings
- Packages: If you use Packages, your Packages will appear in this dropdown
- Has Tags: Include customers with selected tags
- Exclude Tags: Exclude customers with selected tags
You can also narrow results by earnings and sort order:
- Earnings Limits: Use the slider to set a minimum spend amount
- Earnings Channel: Choose one or more channels, such as Calls, Chat, Tributes, Paid Mail, Goodies, or Recurring
- Earnings Date Window: Choose the timeframe for earnings
- Sort By: Sort by Name, Value, Status, Main Spend, Contacted Days Ago, Last 90 Day Spend, Last 365 Day Spend, Lifetime Spend, System Tags, or Your Tags
- Ascending / Descending: Choose the direction of your sort
- Then Sort By: Add a secondary sort using the same available sort options
Tip: If you choose multiple Earnings Channels, the filter includes customers who meet your minimum in any selected channel. For example, choosing Calls and Chat finds customers who meet the threshold in either Calls or Chat.
