đ Introducing Packages: Subscriptions Just Got Smarter
Say hello to your newest business tool: Packages.
Weâre replacing standard Feed subscriptions with something way more powerful: subscription bundles that you control, packed with perks your customers will love.
You set the price, choose the perks, and reward your customers your way.
Whatâs a Package?
A Package is a subscription your customers can buy, which may include these perks:
- Access to your Feed
- 1â5 free call minutes (per call)
- Free chat volleys every month
How to Create a Package
- Click Manage Packages icon in your Flirt Center.
- Then, click Add Package.
3. Choose your price and perks:
- Feed access (automatic)
- 1â5 free call minutes per call
- Free chat volleys each month (you can offer up to 999 per Package)
Free Call Minutes Tip:
Free minutes apply to the start of each call. Youâre not paid for these minutes, but your regular rate kicks in automatically after the free time is used.
Please note: Package perks (like free call minutes and chat volleys) are only valid for the subscribed month. They expire when the Package ends or renews, and unused perks will not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Want even more control over how your perks are used?
- Set a limit on how many free minutes a customer can use per call.
- Set a limit on how many free-minute calls a subscriber can make each month, per Package.
If a subscriber has multiple offers (Advisor, System, or Package), free minutes are applied using First In, First Out (FIFO).
Please note: If you block a customer who has an active Package, their subscription will not renew. They wonât be able to use any remaining perks, but youâll keep the funds youâve already earned.
Where Customers Can Find Your Packages
- On your Storefrontâs Packages tab
- At the top of your Feed
- In the Tribute modal
- On their Subscriptions page
Itâs all designed to help your Packages get seen and for you to get more subscribers.
Note: If a customer already has a Package subscription with you, clicking from your Storefrontâs Packages tab will take them to the Monthly Tribute modal instead of the one-time Tribute option.
Keep Track of Your Subscribers
Youâll get an NF Mail when someone subscribes.
You can track Package activity from:
- Most Recent Contacts
- Customers
- Chat Details (Package volleys)
- Call Details (Package minutes)
Please note: You do not receive an email when someone cancels a Package. A customer can hold only one Package with you at a time.
What happens to your current Feed?
Your current Feed subscribers were automatically moved to a basic Feed-only Package. No extra steps needed.
Please note: Feed-only Packages donât require any additional perks. They remain valid as a Feed subscription. You can offer up to six public Packages at a time, plus unlimited private ones.
Feed Management
Not ready to utilize Feeds? No problem! You can remove or restore your Feed anytime from the Manage Packages page. Just click the kebab menu (âŽ) in the top-right and select Remove Feed:
Removing your Feed will take it off your Storefront, and any Feed-only Packages will be deleted. If you have Packages that include the Feed plus other perks, those Packages will stay active â weâll simply remove the Feed perk.
Ready to post to your Feed? Click the kebab menu (âŽ) again and select Restore Feed!

- Want to boost retention? Offer perks that keep customers coming back.
- Need to update price or perks? Just create a new Package.
- Remember: youâre not paid for free minutes or chat volleys.
