Keep your customers coming back for more with Offer Mail! Offers are personalized coupons you can send by NF Mail to encourage customers to return for another call or keep the chat going.
You can send two types of Offers: Call Offers for free Live Listing minutes and Chat Offers for free Chat Volleys.

How to Send an Offer
We recommend sending an Offer after a great call or chat to keep the spark alive and the conversation going.
To get started:
- Click the Mail icon in your Flirt Center, then select Compose.
- From the Type of Mail drop down menu, choose either Call Offer or Chat Offer.
- Add your recipient, write your message, choose the Offer details, and click Send Message.
Call Offers
Call Offers work like coupons for your Live Listings. They apply to the recipient’s next call and are redeemed all at once, even if the customer doesn't use every free minute.
- You can offer between 1-5 free minutes for each Call Offer.
- Each Offer can be used only once and expires after 60 days.
- Customers may only redeem one Offer per call.
- When redeemed, the entire Offer is used, even if the call ends early. For example, if a customer uses a 5-minute Offer but hangs up after 3 minutes, the Offer is considered fully used.
- When you send an Offer, it automatically applies to the customer’s next call. You can also tie it to a specific Live Listing using the For Listing menu.
- Offers do not apply to Recorded Listings.
Chat Offers
Chat Offers let you offer free Chat Volleys to customers, making it easy to keep conversations going or spark new ones.
- You can offer between 1-5 free Chat Volleys for each Chat Offer.
- Chat Offers are not used up all at once. Instead, they’re redeemed one Volley at a time.
- The Offer isn’t considered fully redeemed until all Chat Volleys in the Offer are used.
- Each Offer can be used only once and expires after 60 days.
Sending Limits
To keep things fair, flirty, and not spammy, Offers have a few limits:
- You can send each existing customer up to 30 Call Offers every 30 days.
- You can also send each existing customer up to 30 Chat Offers every 30 days.
- Chat Offer limits are separate from Call Offer limits, so you can send up to 30 of each every 30 days.

- Follow up fast: Send an Offer soon after a great call or chat to keep the energy going.
- Make it personal: A playful note or inside reference goes a long way toward catching their eye.
