Your category should describe you and the type of service you provide, not the callers you are trying to attract.

When using NiteFlirt, including but not limited to NF Mail, Chat, and Calls, or when creating content for listings, Goody Bags, Chat, NF Mail, or leaving Feedback, Members are expected to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances relating to obscene and indecent content and communications. While obscenity is not always easy to define and may vary by jurisdiction, NiteFlirt specifically prohibits, without limitation, the following subject matter:
- Child pornography or any depiction of a minor. This includes discussions about your children, references to your life before age 18, use of the term "Lolita," and any content that suggests you/your character may be under 18, including references to high school. Wish lists containing children's items are not permitted. Images of anyone under the age of 18 are not permitted on NiteFlirt.
- Incest and incest fantasies, including references to "step" relations, "in-law" relations, and use of terms such as "Daddy," "Mommy," "Grandmother," "Aunt," or any other familial relationship, even distant ones. No family relation references are permitted. Flirts may use terms such as "Mother" only if used to describe their own character. The terms MILF and GILF are permitted; however, no other terms for "Mother," "Daddy," "Grandmother," or other family members may appear in Member Names.
- Underage role-play, including all forms of age play.
- Bestiality, including images or depictions of animals (even on clothing, filters, or emojis).
- Non-consensual content of any kind, including rape fantasies, abduction fantasies, forced intoxication, and hypnosis, regardless of whether the parties involved have expressed consent.
- Penetration with all four limbs bound.
- Blood, knife, or needle play.
- Edge play.
- Necrophilia, mock executions, executrix scenarios, asphyxiation, or any content that suggests permanent harm or death.
- Castration, penectomies, or amputations.
- Sounding
- Toilet, scat, urination, enema, Roman shower, and menstrual content, or any content related to or that could be construed as involving these topics.
- Diaper content, including ABDL (Adult Baby Diaper Lovers) or adult babies.
- Crushing of animals, including insects.
- Fisting
- Racial slurs
- References to drugs, including illegal drug use, alcohol, medical marijuana, 420 culture, or images of drugs or drug paraphernalia.
- Explicit or implied willingness to violate NiteFlirt's policies, including the use of phrases such as "no taboos," "no limits," or "no restrictions."
- Escort services or offers of in-person meetings.
All photos, whether posted publicly or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which the photo originated. NiteFlirt does not control photos transmitted through Mail, Chat, or Goody Bags, or posted on Flirt listings or profile pages, and therefore does not guarantee their accuracy, integrity, or quality.
Although NiteFlirt does not accept responsibility for these photos, NiteFlirt does reserve the right to remove at any time, without notice, any photo or image.
NiteFlirt does not permit photos containing nudity, pornographic material, models under the age of 18, or content that otherwise violates any portion of the NiteFlirt User Agreement to be posted on Flirt listings, profiles, Goody Bag thumbnails, or anywhere else publicly viewable on the site.
NiteFlirt considers nudity to include any portion of genitalia, pubic hair, female areola, or "butt crack." This includes photos of models wearing transparent clothing, photos of sex toys, and cartoon depictions of sexual activity.
Members may not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any photo that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, tortious, defamatory, infringing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or invasive of another person's privacy. Members may not post or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights of any party, unless they hold all necessary licenses or consents. Flirts must also adhere to all applicable record-keeping requirements, including those set forth in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, where applicable.
Altered photos that cover nudity are permitted, provided the nudity is completely and non-transparently obscured (for example, through graphics or strategically placed hands or objects). Flesh-colored graphics may not be used to cover nudity. Nude female breasts, including any exposure of the female areola, are not permitted. If a model in the Transgender category has augmented breasts that present as female breasts, those breasts may not appear nude. Models with male-presenting bodies may appear topless. Images depicting fully exposed breasts without nipples, whether natural or digitally altered, are not permitted. NiteFlirt allows photos of models wearing thong underwear as long as it is apparent that the model is wearing underwear. If a photo contains a model in a thong but the thong is not visible and the "crack" is showing, the photo will not be permitted.
NiteFlirt does not permit photos of sex toys or images of models engaging in sexually explicit activity, even if that activity is covered by graphics. Images of paddles, ball gags, and whips are permitted.
NiteFlirt does not permit photos of bodily fluids (with the exception of saliva and sweat), animals, or depictions of animals. Stuffed animal imagery is also not permitted, as it may be construed as referencing bestiality or underage content.
Members are permitted to send nudity and pornographic content via NF Mail and Chat and sell them in Goody Bags.
Photos, images, or depictions containing minors or models under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited on NiteFlirt under any circumstance. If NiteFlirt becomes aware of any illegal images or images of minors posted on the Site or exchanged between Members, NiteFlirt will immediately terminate the associated accounts and report the incident to NCMEC.
NiteFlirt may not be used to transmit, route, provide connections to, or store any material that infringes the copyrighted works of, or violates or promotes the violation of, the intellectual property rights of any third party.
If you believe your work has been copied on the NiteFlirt site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please refer to Section 3 of the Terms of Service for instructions on how to file a claim with NiteFlirt's Copyright Agent at copyright@NiteFlirt.com.
NiteFlirt does not permit Flirts to post content generated by artificial intelligence. This includes the use of deepfake technology. Content determined by NiteFlirt, in its sole discretion, to be AI-generated will be removed from the Site.
Personal Websites and Social Media
Flirts may include links on NiteFlirt to their personal websites and social media accounts, provided those links offer potential Members genuine insight into who the Flirt is and what they offer. These external platforms can include content, branding, or promotional materials.
As a courtesy, if you're linking to your personal site or social media from NiteFlirt, we ask that you link back to NiteFlirt from those platforms to help Members discover your NiteFlirt presence.
Flirts are not permitted to share links or URLs to:
- Sites containing personal contact information (e.g., personal phone numbers)
- Competitive sites or services
- Sites or methods that solicit direct payment outside of NiteFlirt (e.g., PayPal, Cash App, gift cards, etc.)
- Sites that only sell merchandise (outside of approved wishlists)
Our goal is to support Flirts in the freedom of running their businesses while protecting the integrity of the NiteFlirt experience. It is true that a customer could come to NiteFlirt and find themselves on another site all together. This is true about most sites in the adult industry. However, we also understand that many Flirts operate across multiple platforms, and we respect this flexibility and aim to empower Flirts who promote themselves through social media in ways that align with their business goals.
As noted in our Terms of Service, There may be links to websites other than NiteFlirt posted on The Site. NiteFlirt neither controls such websites nor endorses any of the material on any such websites or any association with their operators. Advertisements created by Flirts for the Site may not contain content that is not permitted by the Site.
If you, as a Flirt, are unsure whether or not you are permitted to post a link on NiteFlirt to your personal website, fill out a Customer Support Form and select "Policies and Abuse" from the drop-down menu. Please be sure to include your Member Name and the URL of the website in question so that we may review it.
NiteFlirt does not permit Members to disclose personal contact information to other Members. All contact and transactions between NiteFlirt members must occur through the NiteFlirt platform.
Additionally, NiteFlirt does not permit Members to solicit in-person meetings. Content that advertise escort services or in-person meetings is prohibited. NiteFlirt expressly prohibits all content and interactions that constitute, facilitate, or could be interpreted as facilitating prostitution or sex trafficking.
If a Member leaves personal contact information in feedback, it will be removed. Please fill out a Customer Support Form and select "Flirts: Feedback and Ratings" from the drop-down menu so that we are made aware of it.

Obtaining and Using Sensitive Personal Information
Members may not attempt to access or obtain another Member's personal information, even if that Member offers it. This includes, but is not limited to, credit card numbers, passwords, Social Security Numbers, and bank account information. Flirts may not use remote desktop software to access a Member's device, or add counters, trackers, or similar code anywhere on the site. Accessing or attempting to access any NiteFlirt account other than your own is prohibited.
Flirts may not post Member Names, details about calls, personal information about a Member, or photos of a Member on their public-facing content without that Member's explicit consent. Such activity constitutes harassment and is a violation of the Terms of Service.
Members may not record or otherwise store any portion of any call they participate in as a Flirt or a Member. Flirts may offer pre-recorded content through "Recorded Listings" as described in the Site's Help pages.
NiteFlirt does not permit Flirts to post banner ads or other advertisements for third-party companies on their public-facing content. This includes links to photo hosting sites or other services where the link or logo advertises that service. If clicking a photo redirects to another site, or if a widget displays a third-party logo or branding, it is not permitted.
NiteFlirt does not permit Affiliate Creative (banners, links, and codes) to be placed anywhere on the site. Affiliate Creative is intended for promoting NiteFlirt on external platforms and may not be used on NiteFlirt.com.
NiteFlirt does not permit Members to take any actions that may undermine the integrity of the feedback system. This includes offering giveaways in exchange for ratings, placing calls to accounts you own in order to leave positive feedback, and placing calls to other Flirts with the intent of leaving negative feedback. Flirts may not post public responses to negative feedback without a customer's consent.
NiteFlirt may remove feedback in the following limited circumstances:
- The feedback was written with the sole intention of describing or commenting on NiteFlirt itself and not the Flirt or the Flirt Services.
- The feedback contains personally identifying information about a Member, including real name, address, phone number, or email address.
- The feedback was left by the Flirt for their own account, whether directly or through secondary Member names or third parties.
- The feedback was left by a Member who provided false contact information during registration and cannot be reached.
- A Member leaves multiple ratings or feedback entries in order to harass a Flirt. If NiteFlirt, in its sole discretion, finds feedback to be of a harassing nature NiteFlirt may remove all but the original feedback.
- If NiteFlirt, in its sole discretion, determines the written feedback contains personal attacks, the written portion may be removed.
- The feedback references another Member's feedback, mentions other Flirts, or includes links, URLs, or promotional content for another website.
- The feedback contains obscene language or references prohibited content.
- The feedback describes trouble downloading a file or a disconnected call; such feedback may be removed if the Flirt agrees to refund the associated earnings to the Member, who will be credited for the cost of the transaction.
- The feedback pertains to a transaction that does not match the service being rated.
- Feedback mistakenly left or intended for another Flirt will be considered for removal only when the Member responsible informs NiteFlirt of the error.
- NiteFlirt receives a court order requesting the removal of the feedback.
To dispute feedback based on the above criteria, Flirts should submit a Customer Support Form and select "Policies and Abuse" from the drop-down menu. Flirts may not contact the Member directly to dispute feedback, as this may constitute harassment.
Flirts may not offer free minutes in exchange for ratings or written feedback.
NiteFlirt does not permit contests, promotions, sweepstakes, drawings, or games of chance.
Flirts may not solicit donations from NiteFlirt Members for purposes unrelated to the services being provided on NiteFlirt. This includes running donation-based specials on listings, sending NF Mail stating that earnings will be donated, creating Payment Mail Buttons for donations, or similar arrangements.
NiteFlirt does not permit the sale or giveaway of personal items such as undergarments, used hygienic products, or similar items. The Site is not intended to function as a payment platform for the exchange of physical goods. If fulfilling the transaction requires shipping or physical delivery outside of the NiteFlirt platform, it is not permitted.
Sales of Bulk Minutes, Cam, or Text
Flirts are not permitted to sell bulk minutes for talk time, cam time or instant message/text time. For example, a Tribute in exchange for a cam show is not permitted. Because we are not able to verify that the service was provided, we do not permit this service to be exchanged through our service.
If NiteFlirt receives verifiable information that a Flirt has failed to provide a service that was previously paid for, NiteFlirt will debit the applicable funds from the Flirt's account and credit the Member accordingly. Only sell services on NiteFlirt that can be delivered through NiteFlirt.
NiteFlirt is for entertainment purposes only. Members may not provide any service that legally requires a license, regardless of whether they hold such a license. This includes: diagnosing illnesses, recommending treatments, prescribing medications, or otherwise acting as a medical or therapeutic care provider; offering investment advice or analysis regarding the purchase or sale of securities; and offering lottery-related predictions or services.
"Spam" refers to unsolicited commercial, bulk, or junk messages sent to individuals who have not consented to receive them, have not requested the information contained in them, and have no prior professional or personal relationship with the sender. Members may not send spam about NiteFlirt or Flirt services to people they do not know. Members may not send unsolicited messages of any kind to Members with whom they have had no prior contact, or to Members who have not given permission to receive advertising or solicitation materials, as NiteFlirt considers this to be spam. If a Member on your My Customers list asks not to receive such messages, you must respect that request and cease all further contact with that Member.
Flirts may be granted access to the Flirt Forums, where Flirts can come together to discuss issues, ask the NiteFlirt team questions, and engage in general conversation. By using or accessing the NiteFlirt Forums, you agree to comply with NiteFlirt's Terms of Service and the following rules:
- Practice good etiquette when creating and replying to posts.
- Respect other Members' privacy.
- You will not impersonate a NiteFlirt employee or falsely quote a NiteFlirt employee with malicious intent.
- Do not create "trolling" posts, which are posts that deliberately contain false or inflammatory content designed to provoke responses.
- Do not use the Forums to promote or solicit participation in another website, service, or business.
- Do not post obscene, offensive, defamatory, hateful, slanderous, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Do not use the Forums or any NiteFlirt services to transmit or store material that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. Copyright infringement claims should be submitted to NiteFlirt's Copyright Agent as described in Section 3 of the Terms of Service.
- Do not post personal contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, or messaging app handles. NiteFlirt will remove any post containing such information.
- NiteFlirt reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to remove any post that violates these rules or that NiteFlirt otherwise deems inappropriate, and to suspend or revoke your access to the Forums for repeated violations.
- NiteFlirt reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to suspend, terminate, or modify the NiteFlirt Forums or any portion thereof, or to update the terms governing your use of the Forums at any time. Updated terms are effective immediately upon posting.
The Policies & Abuse team ("Play Fair") enforces the NiteFlirt Terms of Service and NiteFlirt's policies and helps maintain a community on NiteFlirt that promotes a fun and safe place to Speak to your Desire. To help keep your account in good standing, we encourage you to review this page regularly.
If you become aware of a violation of any of our policies, please let us know. All complaints will be reviewed within 7 days. Please note, we often cannot provide you with the actions taken in response to your complaint.
