NF Mail allows for a private and playful way to connect with customers without ever revealing your real email address. When you send NF Mail, your recipient only sees your Member Name, keeping your conversations fun, flirty, and confidential.
Your NF Mail Center is home base for reading, sending, and tracking all your messages. To access it, click the Mail icon in the Flirt Center of your Account, or in the navigation panel on the left side.
At the top of the NF Mail Center, you'll see three tabs: Inbox, Notifications, and Sent.

Inbox
Your Inbox stores messages from customers. Each message shows helpful details like the sender’s initials, subject line, mail type, and date received.
Click any message to open it in full view. Use the check boxes to select messages, delete them, or manage multiple items at once.
Notifications
The Notifications tab lists automated updates from NiteFlirt, such as Goody Bag and Payment Mail purchases, Favorites activity, Tributes received, and new Package subscribers.
Click a notification to open its details in full view.
Sent
The Sent tab shows every message you’ve sent, including Regular Mail, Payment Requests, Pay-to-View messages, Call Offers, and Chat Offers.
Each message shows helpful information at a glance, including:
- Mail type
- Payment status, for Payment Mail
- Payment amount, for Payment Mail
Payment Mail uses status icons so you can quickly see whether a message has been purchased:
Paid: The customer has purchased the message.
Not Paid: The customer has not yet purchased the message.
Mailbox Settings
Need to adjust your Mail settings or manage blocked members? Click the kebab menu (⋮) in the upper-right corner of the Mail Center.
Mail Delivery
Mail Delivery lets you control how you're notified of incoming NF Mail. By default, NF Mail notifications are forwarded to the email address associated with your NiteFlirt account.
If you want to continue being notified of new NF Mail, but would rather have them sent to a different email address, click Change email address.
Prefer to keep NF Mail notifications inside your NiteFlirt account? Click Do not send notifications.
Note: Updating the email address used for NF Mail forwarding does not change the email address associated with your NiteFlirt account.
Payment Mail Buttons
Payment Mail Buttons make it easy to sell content, collect tributes, and offer paid services at a set price. Learn more here: Payment Mail ("Buy Now") Buttons
Blocked Members
The Blocked Members page lets you view and manage any members you've blocked through NF Mail. From here, you can review your blocked list and unblock members at any time.
You can also use this page to block any member, even if they've never interacted with you. Just enter their Member Name exactly as it appears and click Block.
To unblock a member, simply select their Member name from the Unblock Members box and select Unblock.
Existing customers can also be blocked and unblocked directly from their Customer Record, from any NF Mail they've sent you, or from within Chat. For more details, check out Blocking.
