How Busy Synch Works
Busy Synch automatically updates your Availability and Call Buttons across your other NiteFlirt accounts when you're on a call.
- A call comes in to one of your NiteFlirt accounts.
- Busy Synch detects that another account with the same default phone number is already on a call.
- Your other accounts are automatically updated to show that you are busy.
This helps prevent overlapping calls so you can stay focused on your current customer without needing to manually update multiple accounts.
Call Button States
Here’s how your Call Button may appear based on your activity and Chat Status:
| Button | What It Means |
|---|---|
| You are currently on a call, or about to receive one, and another account with the same default phone number is also active. Your call button will show Busy - Send Mail. | |
| You missed or declined a call and your Chat Status is off. Your call button will show Away - Send Mail. | |
| You missed or declined a call and your Chat Status is on. Your call button will show Away - Send Text. |
Note: If you manually reset your status while you're already on a call, you may receive another incoming call.
