If you believe that your NiteFlirt account has been compromised and you are unable to log in to it, please submit a Customer Support request. We will get back to you as quickly as we can!
If you believe that your account has been compromised but you can still log in to it, please do the following:
- Sign in and change your password immediately. To do this, edit My Personal Info from the My Account page.
- If you believe the hacker also has access to your email account, change your NF password and the email address registered to your account (using the same steps as above). Then reset your password by email. Enter another new password using the reset link in the email we send you.
