Safe Shopping Guarantee
We guarantee that every transaction you make on NiteFlirt is secure. If unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping with us, you won’t be responsible.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can’t hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. But if your bank does hold you accountable for any portion of that $50, NiteFlirt will cover it up to the full amount, as long as the unauthorized use was through no fault of your own and occurred while using our secure server.
If you believe there has been unauthorized use of your card, please notify us immediately so we can take swift action. You’ll also need to report it to your credit card issuer according to their procedures.
