Use Lapsed Chat Customers to revive stale conversations and increase your chances of earning again!
A Lapsed Chat Customer is someone you’ve earned at least $2.00 from in a paid Chat but haven’t interacted with in five or more days. Customers who haven’t replied to your last 5 messages, customers you’ve blocked, or customers who have blocked you will not appear in this list.
When you reach out, your lapsed customers will receive a text alert (if they have Chat Alerts turned on) letting them know you’ve sent a new message. With their phone in hand, they can jump back into the conversation right away!
To get started, go to the Chat icon in the Flirt Center. If you see the icon, then you have lapsed chat customers!
How it works
Your Lapsed Chat Customers list shows each customer along with your earnings history from them. This makes it easy to see which customers might be worth reaching out to again.
Win them back: Select the customers you want, then click Send Chat Message to Selected. Write something personal to grab their attention, or click Suggest until you find the right message.

Remove customers: Don’t want to reach out? Select them and click Remove from Lapsed Chat Customers. They won’t reappear unless you Chat again and the relationship goes stale.
