Uploading Files to File Manager

File Manager lets you upload, store, and organize your photos, videos, and other digital content all in one place. Your files can be used across NiteFlirt, including your Listings, Profile, Paid Mail, and Goody Bags.

To start uploading and organizing your files, select File Manager from the Flirt Center section of your Account page.

The Files tab is where you upload, organize, and manage all of your content.

Uploading Files

To upload files:

• Click Upload → Add Files
• Select files from your device
• Choose a folder, or use the Default Folder
• Agree to the certification terms and click Upload

You can upload unlimited files, but:

• Each file must be under 1GB
• Duplicate files cannot be uploaded
• Only supported file types are allowed

Note: PNG files with transparent backgrounds may display with a black background in previews.

Organizing Files

Keep your content organized by creating folders and adding descriptions.

Click New to create new folders:

Select a file to add a description in the File Details section for easier identification:

Select one or multiple files and use the Selected Files menu for quick actions like applying tags, adding files to a Goody Bag, moving them to another folder, or deleting them -- all in just a few clicks.

You can also search for files using keywords from the file name or description.

Sorting & Viewing Files

File Manager includes several ways to view and organize your content:

View	Description
	View your files in a list and sort by type, file name, description, or upload date.
	Switch to thumbnail view to see a visual preview of each file.
	Use the filter menu to show only specific file types by selecting the formats you want to view.

Note that previews may appear slightly different from the original file. Customers will always receive the full-quality version.

Once your files are uploaded and organized, you can use them across NiteFlirt to enhance your Listings, create Goody Bags, and connect with customers.
