The number you see next to every listing is its rating. Listing ratings are measured in stars and are a simple way for customers to rank their call and mail purchases -- 1 star being the lowest rating and 5 stars being the highest. Written feedback is a great way for customers to describe their experiences in more detail!
Goody Bag Ratings
The approval percentage you see on your Goody Bags is based on the amount of "thumbs-up" and "thumbs-down" ratings received. And, like listings, your customers can leave written feedback for their Goodies purchases, too.
Customers can rate their first purchase with any given Flirt regardless of price. After that, any call (Live or Recorded), paid mail (excluding Tributes), and Goody Bag purchases of $0.99 or more can be rated. Customers can rate up to 3 purchases per day per Flirt and the ratings can be given up to 30 days after the purchase.
How Ratings are Calculated
Each listing's rating rises or falls according to the following formula for call and mail purchases:

*Bonus points awarded for each 15 minute segment of calls costing at least $.25/minute more than the basic connection rate. Note: "Free minutes" do not count toward 15-minute bonuses.
Your rating appears next to the listing itself and on your Flirt Profile. All listings are rated as "New" for the first three months they're on the site, or until they receive their first call. A listing that goes three months without receiving a call will be given a "0" rating.
The number of stars on your listing indicates the average rating (on the 1-to-5 scale described above) it has received from customers who have purchased from this listing in the past. Stars help customers choose which Flirt to call and reward Flirts for their number of satisfied customers.
