From the Flirt Center section of the My Account page, click on the Reports icon and then "Performance Reports" to access your reports.
Awards
You work hard and you should be rewarded! Each semimonth (every two weeks from the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the last day of the month), we look at your performance and award you for your achievements.
Top Performer Award
Just like the Olympics, we are giving out gold, silver, and bronze Top Performer Awards to the Flirts whose earnings are in the top percentiles.

Gold is awarded to all Flirts who are in the 100th earnings percentile for the most recently completed semimonth. |

Silver is awarded to Flirts in the 99th through 96th earnings percentiles for the most recently completed semimonth. |
 |
Bronze is awarded to Flirts in the 95th through 91st earnings percentiles for the most recently completed semimonth. |
NiteFlirt Select
You’ve been with us for years and your customers have loved you for years. You deserve to be recognized!

NiteFlirt Select is awarded to all Flirts who have completed a full year of uninterrupted flirting. Once you become Select, it is renewed every semimonth that you continue your flirting on NiteFlirt. How do we define uninterrupted flirting? Simple, one transaction within a semimonth and you qualify! |
Rising Star Award
You are new to NiteFlirt and you are a rock star or, what we like to call, a Rising Star!

The Rising Star Award is given to the 40 top performing new Flirts based on earnings for a given semimonth. This is for new Flirts -- Flirts that have been with NiteFlirt for 3 months or less -- not new accounts. Therefore, if you just created a new NiteFlirt account but already have another, you won’t qualify for this award. |
Summary Reports
Broken down by semimonth, Summary Reports give you an overview of your earnings and how your earnings compare to that of all other active Flirts (earnings percentile). Summary Reports also give you a comparative report so that you can evaluate your current and past earnings performance. Note: the dates shown indicate the end of each semimonth and results are only available for completed semimonths. For example, if today is June 20, the current semimonth (June 16 - June 30) is still in progress. The most recent results available are from June 01 - June 15, the last completed semimonth, and the date shown for that semimonth is June 15.
Percentile by Semimonth
This report shows you where your earnings rank in relation to all other Flirts who earned during the given time period. For example, if you are in the 87th percentile, that means you performed better than 86 out of 100 Flirts.
Current vs Prior
Compare your earnings from the most recently completed semimonth to your average earnings over the past 4 semimonths and see the percentage of change. You can also compare your earnings from the most recently completed semimonth to your earnings from the same semimonth last year and see the percentage of change between the two periods.

Performance by Semimonth
See your average earnings percentile, the specific earnings by transaction type, and what percentage those earnings contributed to your total earnings per completed semimonth for the time period you select.
Performance by Month
See your average earnings percentile, the specific earnings by transaction type, and what percentage those earnings contributed to your total earnings per month for the time period you select.
Performance by Year
See your average earnings percentile, the specific earnings by transaction type, and what percentage those earnings contributed to your total earnings per year for the time period you select. The results shown for the current year are your year-to-date earnings.
Don't like the order your Performance by Period results are in? Want to see fewer results? Customize your report to see only the results you want! When you customize your report, you'll be able to limit the data that’s provided and arrange it in an order that works for you. Just click Customize and remove any fields that you do not want to see the results for. Use the navigation buttons to place the selected fields in the order you want. When you're done customizing your data, click Generate Report!

Visitors by Referrer
Select your Flirt Profile or a listing from the drop-down menu and generate your report to see how many unique visitors your Profile/Listing has had and where those visitors originated from ("Referrer"). Hover over any day of the graph to see a breakdown, or check out the table to see precise referrer details
Referrer
The Referrer represents where the visitor was before they came to NiteFlirt and subsequently made his or her way to your listing. The 4 kinds of referrers are:
- NiteFlirt - visitors found your Profile/Listing while browsing niteflirt.com or went directly (e.g., by bookmark) to your Profile's/Listing's URL
- Referral - visitors found your Profile/Listing from a link (e.g., a banner ad) on a website, in an email, or through social media
- Organic Search - visitors found your Profile/Listing from an unpaid search engine result (e.g., a Google.com search)
- Paid Search - visitors found your Profile/Listing from a paid search engine result (e.g., an ad in a Google.com search)
*Performance Reports and Award data is available as far back as the date you joined NiteFlirt or November 2005 (when NiteFlirt.com launched), whichever is more recent.
