Performance Reports & Awards gives you insight into how your business is performing over time. You can track earnings trends, compare your performance against other Flirts, review traffic sources, and earn awards for your achievements.

To view Performance Reports and Awards, click the Reports icon in the Flirt Center of your Account page.
Report Categories
Use the Select Report menu to choose the report view you want to generate. Reports are grouped into Summary Reports, Performance by Period, and Web Analytics.
Awards
Your performance is reviewed every semi-month (1st–15th and 16th–end of month), giving you opportunities to earn recognition for your activity and earnings.
Top Performer Awards
Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards are given to Flirts with the highest earnings during each semi-month period.
- 🥇 Gold: 99th–100th percentile (Top 1%)
- 🥈 Silver: 95th–99th percentile
- 🥉 Bronze: 91st–95th percentile
Good to know: The Top Performer Gold Award recognizes Flirts in the 99th–100th percentiles, meaning the top 1% of earners on NiteFlirt during that semi-month period. Because percentile rankings are based on ranges, there can be multiple Gold Award winners at the same time.
Earnings within the top 1% can also vary significantly. For example, one Flirt at the lower end of the 1% might earn around $2,500 during a semi-month, while another at the higher end could earn $10,000+ during the same period.
NiteFlirt Select
Flirts who maintain uninterrupted activity for a full year earn NiteFlirt Select status.
To qualify, you only need at least one transaction during each semi-month. Once earned, your Select status renews automatically as long as you continue meeting the requirement.
Rising Star Award
The Rising Star Award recognizes the top 40 performing new Flirts whose accounts are 3 months old or newer.
Please note: Brand new accounts that replace older accounts do not qualify for Rising Star awards.
Summary Reports
Summary Reports give you a quick snapshot of your performance for completed semi-month periods.
- Awards: View awards and recognition earned for each semi-month period
- Percentile by Semimonth: See how your earnings rank compared to other Flirts
- Current vs Prior: Compare your latest semi-month performance to previous periods
- Earnings by Semimonth: View earnings totals for each semi-month period
Example: On June 20, the June 16–30 report would not yet be available because the semi-month period is still in progress.
Performance by Period
Performance by Period reports help you analyze earnings trends across semi-months, months, and years.
- Performance by Semimonth: Review percentile rankings and earnings breakdowns by semi-month
- Performance by Month: Analyze monthly performance trends and earnings distribution
- Performance by Year: View year-to-date performance summaries and long-term trends
Web Analytics
Web Analytics reports help you understand how visitors are finding your Listings, Profile, and Goodies.
- Listings: Track visitors and referral sources for your Listings and Profile
- Goodies: Review traffic and analytics related to your Goodies
Visitors by Referrer
Select your Profile or a specific Listing to view unique visitor counts and referral sources.
- NiteFlirt: Visitors browsing on NiteFlirt or using direct links
- Referral: Traffic from websites, email links, or social media
- Organic Search: Unpaid search engine traffic
- Paid Search: Traffic generated through paid advertisements
Hover over graphs for daily breakdowns or review the data table for more detailed referral information.
Tip: Reviewing referral traffic can help you understand which marketing efforts and Listings are driving the most visibility.
Customizing & Exporting Reports
You can customize most reports to focus on the information that matters most to you.
- Hide fields you don’t need
- Reorder columns
- Generate reports based on your selected options
- Export report data to CSV
- Print report results
