Ratings and feedback help customers understand the experiences other buyers have had with your Listings and Goodies. Ratings also play an important role in helping customers decide who to call, message, or purchase from.

Listing Ratings
Listing ratings appear as stars next to your Listings and on your Flirt Profile. Customers can rate their experiences on a scale from 1 star (lowest) to 5 stars (highest).
In addition to star ratings, customers can also leave written feedback to describe their experience in more detail.
Good to know: All Listings start with a 0 rating. Once a Listing receives its first call or Paid Mail purchase, a rating can begin to build based on customer feedback and activity.
Goody Bag Ratings
Goody Bag ratings are based on customer thumbs-up and thumbs-down feedback rather than star ratings.
The approval percentage displayed on a Goody Bag reflects the percentage of positive ratings it has received. Customers can also leave written feedback for Goody Bag purchases.
Eligible Purchases
Customers can rate their first purchase with any Flirt regardless of price. After that, purchases must meet certain requirements to qualify for ratings.
Eligible purchases include:
- Live Calls
- Recorded Calls
- Paid Mail purchases (excluding Tributes)
- Goody Bag purchases
To qualify for a rating after the first purchase, the transaction must be at least $0.99.
Customers can:
- Rate up to 3 purchases per day per Flirt
- Leave ratings up to 7 days after purchase

How Ratings Are Calculated
Your star rating reflects the average feedback received from customers who purchased from your Listing.
Listing ratings rise or fall based on a point system tied to customer star ratings and qualifying call duration bonuses.

*15-Minute Bonus: Bonus points are awarded for each 15-minute segment of calls priced at least $0.25/minute above the basic connection rate. Free minutes do not count toward bonus calculations.
Ratings and feedback give you valuable insight into how customers experience your Listings and Goodies. Understanding how ratings work can help you improve customer satisfaction, build trust, and strengthen your visibility on the site.
