Payout Options
Below is an overview of each available payout option, including when payouts are processed, how funds are delivered, and any applicable fees.
Express Pay
With Express Pay, your earnings are deducted daily (around 1:00 AM PST). Deposits typically arrive within 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
Please note: Deposits may be deposited out of order, and bank holidays can affect delivery times. Express Pay deposits appear as “NF Services” and are currently provided at no additional charge.
Monthly Direct Deposit
Eligible earnings are deducted on the 1st of each month. Deposits typically arrive within about 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
Direct deposit (Express Pay and Monthly) can only be sent to U.S.-based bank accounts with an ABA routing number and account number. Wire transfers and SWIFT payments are not supported. If you don’t have a U.S. bank account, see the MassPay, Paxum, or Monthly Check options below.
Monthly MassPay
Select Monthly MassPay by midnight PST on the last day of the month and your payout will be processed automatically on the 1st of the month. Funds are transferred to MassPay within about 20 days. A $5.00 fee applies.
Once the transfer is complete, MassPay will send an activation email to the email address associated with your NiteFlirt account. This email includes instructions for accessing your MassPay account and choosing from available, country-specific payout options.
Important: You don’t need to create a MassPay account in advance. NiteFlirt works with MassPay to automatically create and set up your account when you select this payout method.
Semimonthly Paxum
Payouts are processed twice a month on the 1st and 16th (around 7:00 AM PST). Funds are transferred to Paxum within about 20 days. A $5.00 fee applies.
The email address you enter must be associated with a verified, active Paxum account. If an active account can’t be confirmed, your payout information won’t be saved and you’ll be prompted to correct the email address or contact Paxum for assistance.
Monthly Check
If you prefer a paper check or do not have a U.S. bank account, select Monthly Check by midnight PST on the last day of the month. Checks are issued on the 1st of the month and mailed to the address provided in the Payee Information section of Account > Payout Info.
A $5.00 fee applies. Checks are typically received by the 21st of the month, depending on your location.
Requesting a Payout
Once you’re ready to get paid, requesting a payout only takes a few steps. As long as you have at least $10.00 in eligible earnings, your payout will be processed based on your selected option.
Note: Eligible earnings include funds earned from Live or Recorded Calls, Paid Mail, Goodies, Package Subscriptions, and Tributes. Funds added via credit card, Special Offers, or Promotions are not eligible for payout unless otherwise specified.
To request a payout, click Edit Payout Info in the Payout Info widget on your Account page.
Enter your Payee Information. This information must be accurate, belong to you, and match your identity verification details exactly.
Select the option that best reflects your work eligibility or business status. For details on tax forms and reporting requirements, visit Tax Information.
Choose your Payout Option. If you’re not ready to be paid out, select Pause Payout to keep funds in your account.
To keep some funds in your account after payout, enter a Balance to keep in account. Enter 0 to pay out all eligible earnings, then click Save.
Reminder: You must have at least $10.00 more in eligible earnings than your selected "Balance to keep in account" amount for a payout to process. For example, if your "Balance to keep in account" is $5.00, you must have at least $15.00 in eligible earnings.
Once your preferences are set, payouts are processed automatically. Each payout appears as a debit in your Transaction Details. You can update your payout settings at any time.
If a payout doesn’t go through right away or is returned, there’s usually a simple fix. Learn what causes payout holds and how to get things back on track in our Payout Holds article.
