Your Listings are living, earning assets. Smart Listing management helps you stay visible, attract the right customers, and keep your calls coming in!
The Listings page is your command center. This is where you monitor performance, adjust your positioning, and fine-tune your pricing.
To access your Listings, click the Listings icon in the Flirt Center section of your Account page.

Understanding Your Listings Dashboard
Listings are sorted by rating, highest to lowest. Live Listings appear first, followed by Recorded Listings. Each column shows the status of your Listing, how it’s performing, and lets you make quick adjustments without leaving the page.
Listing Details and Controls
These columns show the current status of each Listing and give you quick access to editing and management tools.
- Title: Click the Listing title to preview it exactly as customers see it and access your call button and 1-800-TO-FLIRT extension.
- Category: Displays the topic where your Listing appears.
- Status: Shows your acceptance status. If marked Needs Editing, click to see what needs to be updated.

Manage: Click Edit to update your title, description, rate, or photo. Click Delete to remove the Listing.
For Recorded Listings, you can record by phone, upload a file, or listen to your recording as customers hear it. - Type: Identifies whether the Listing is Live or Recorded.
- Availability: Click to update whether the Listing is accepting calls. Learn more about Listing availability.
- Rate: Your current per-minute price. Click to update your rate at any time.
- Feature: Click Place Bid to feature your Listing. If a bid already exists, click Update Bid to adjust or cancel it.
- Greeting: Record and review your Listing Greeting.
Tracking Listing Performance
These columns show how your Listings are performing and help you decide when to adjust pricing, availability, or positioning.
- Rating: Your average star rating and total rating points. Strong performance keeps you competitive. Learn how ratings are calculated.
- Calls: The total number of calls this Listing has received.
- Category Rank: Your Listing’s position within its topic.
Update Multiple Listings at Once
Want to raise your rates? Adjust availability? React to demand quickly? Use the Selected Listings menu to make changes in seconds.
Select the Listings you want to modify, then choose:
- Change Availability: Select a new status and click Apply.
- Change Rate: Enter a new per-minute rate and apply your changes.
Managing your Listings strategically helps you stay visible, desirable, and competitive. Review your performance often. Adjust confidently, and treat your Listings like the revenue drivers they are!
