Recording your Member Name and Greetings helps you personalize your customers’ experience on 1-800-TO-FLIRT and market yourself more effectively. Customers who browse listings over the phone may hear both your Member Name and Greeting.
Note: Your Member Name and Greeting will only be played on 1-800-TO-FLIRT for Live Featured Listings priced at $1.79 per minute (before the connection charge) or less if the caller has not signed in to their account, and $11.80 (before the connection charge) or less if the caller has signed in to their account. 1-800-TO-FLIRT is only available to U.S./Canadian customers.

Recording your Member Name
Your Member Name recording is what customers hear when browsing listings by phone. It can be up to 3 seconds long and should include only your Member Name.
For example, if your Member Name is “Flirty Flirt,” your recording should say “Flirty Flirt” -- not “Hi, I’m Flirty Flirt.”
To get started, visit your Storefront, click the kebab menu (⋮) in the top-right corner, and select Record Member Name. Then, choose one of the available Recording Options
Recording Greetings for your Listings
Your Greeting is a short audio preview customers may hear when browsing listings by phone. Think of it as a 15-second mini ad for that listing.
A great Greeting includes your Member Name and a brief, vivid description of what you offer and what makes you unique.
To record or update a Greeting, go to My Listings and use the Record button under the Greetings column for the desired Listing. If a Greeting already exists, you’ll have the option to listen to it or re-record it. Then, choose one of the available Recording Options

NiteFlirt offers a few simple ways to record your Member Name and Listing Greetings. Whether you want us to call you, upload a recording, or use the Flirt Hotline, you can pick the option that works best for you.
Option 1: We’ll Call You
With this option, NiteFlirt will call your default phone number so you can record your Member Name or Listing Greeting over the phone.
Before requesting the call, make sure your Call Status is set to Yes – Taking Calls.
- Click Call Me.
- Answer your phone.
- Follow the call prompts to record your Member Name or Listing Greeting.
Option 2: Upload a .wav File
If you already have a recording of your Member Name or Listing Greeting, you can upload it as a .wav file:
- Click Upload.
- Select the .wav file from your device.
- Confirm the upload.
Option 3: Call the Flirt Hotline
You can record your Member Name and Greetings by using the Flirt Hotline:
- If you're in the U.S. or Canada, call 1-800-775-5898.
- Enter your PIN and press 3.
- To record your Member Name, press 1.
- To record your Listing Greeting, press 2.
All Member Name and Greeting recordings are reviewed by our Play Fair team to ensure they comply with our Community Standards. If a Member Name recording isn’t approved, you’ll see a notice with details so you can make updates. If a Greeting isn’t approved, you’ll see details on the Listing so you can revise and re-record.
