Attachments sent through NF Mail can be viewed directly from the NF Mail message. Once you open an attachment, it's automatically added to your File Player, where you can view or download it again anytime.

Viewing Attachments
If a Mail message includes attachments, you'll see them in the Attachments section of the message.
Simply click an attachment to open it. Images, videos, and audio files can all be viewed this way, and images can be enlarged for a closer look.
Good to know: Any attachment you open is automatically added to your File Player, so you can easily access it again later.
Downloading Attachments
To download an attachment, open your File Player, locate the file, and click Download.
When downloading attachments, be sure to save the file instead of opening it in a new browser tab or window.
Note: Attachments and File Player files are generally available for up to 18 months from the purchase date.
