File Player is where you can stream, organize, download, and manage files you've purchased or opened on NiteFlirt, including NF Mail attachments and files from purchased Goody Bags.
To access it, click the File Player widget on your Account page.
Jump to a section: Finding Your Files | Goodies | Playlists | Downloading Files | Trash
Finding Your Files
When you open File Player, the All Files tab displays your files from newest to oldest.
You can change how your files are displayed or organized:
- Grid View: Displays thumbnail previews of your files.
- List View: Displays your files in a compact list.
- Filters: Group files by date or Flirt, or open your Trash.
File Player is organized into three main tabs:
- All Files: Files you've purchased or opened through NF Mail.
- Goodies: Goody Bags you've purchased.
- Playlists: Custom playlists you've created.
Goodies
Purchased Goody Bags appear in the Goodies tab and are sorted by date acquired.
Click a Goody Bag to open its details. From there, you can:
- Stream every included file using Play All
- Download one or more files
- Add files to a playlist
- Move files to Trash
- Send the Flirt a Tribute
Playlists
Playlists let you organize your favorite files by mood, Flirt, theme, or any category you choose.
Adding Files to a Playlist
- Select one or more files using the checkboxes.
- Click Add to Playlist.
- Select an existing playlist and click Add.
- To make a new playlist, click New Playlist, enter a title, and click Create.
Creating and Managing Playlists
From the Playlists tab, click the + icon in the upper-right corner to create a new playlist.
Use the kebab menu (⋮) on an existing playlist to:
- Play all files
- Rename the playlist
- Delete the playlist
Open a playlist to stream all of its files continuously with Play All. You can also download files or remove them from the playlist using the available icons or the kebab menu (⋮).
Downloading Files
Downloading a Single File
Select the file, then click the Download icon in the upper-right corner. In List View, open the file's kebab menu (⋮) and select Download.
Downloading Multiple Files
Select each file you want to save, then click the Folder icon to download them together as a ZIP file.
Please note: Purchased files are generally available for up to 18 months. If there's anything you'd like to keep long-term, we recommend downloading a copy to your device.
Trash
Moving a file to Trash removes it from your main library, but doesn't delete it permanently.
To move files to Trash:
- Select one or more files using the check boxes.
- Click the Trash icon. In List View, open the kebab menu (⋮) and select Move to Trash.
From Trash, select a file and click Restore to return it to your library. Select Delete to permanently remove it.
Important: Permanently deleted files cannot be restored.
Whether you're revisiting a favorite Goody Bag or organizing your growing collection, File Player makes it easy to keep your content in one place.
