To unsubscribe from the NF Mail notifications that are forwarded to your personal email address, click on the Mail icon in the Control Center of My Account.
In your NF Mail Center, click on the Options tab and then click "Mail Delivery."
Select the radio button next to the last option, "Do not send me any Mail notification."
Click 
when you're done and that's all there is to it!
