To request a refund, simply follow these steps:
- Give the Flirt a one-star feedback rating.
- Fill out and submit our Customer Support Form within 72 hours of the purchase—be sure to include the time, date, and amount. You can also e-mail our team directly at support@niteflirt.com with the same information.
Our team will carefully review your request. While we reserve the right to issue a full or partial credit—or decline the request—we’ll always do our best to ensure fairness.
A few important details:
- We’ll credit one unsatisfactory purchase per month.
- Credits are issued as NiteFlirt Dollars, which can be used for future purchases.
- Satisfaction Guarantee credits cannot be refunded to a credit card.
- Purchases made with Satisfaction Guarantee credits are not eligible for another Satisfaction Guarantee.
